Please note that all tubes previously identified as being plugged in the Sequoyah unit 1 S/Gs have been deplugged, and the list provided in this report (enclosure) identifies the only tubes plugged in the unit 1 S/G at this time. All row 1 tubes previously identified as having nonquantifiable defects, having indications of U-bend defects, or having been preventively plugged have been returned to service by U-bends being heat treated and postheat treatment eddy current inspected. The 12 tubes identified in the enclosure represent the only tubes identified to have remaining U-bend defects and were removed from service by plugging.
