In Reference (a), you asked us to provide our schedule for implementing the ATWS rule in light of the deadillie extension. For the reasons cited in your letter, we will be delaying implementation of the ATWS rule for Unit 2 by one refueling outage. The schedule for Unit I is unchanged.
Our schedule for implementing the ATWS rule is now:
Unit 1............................ Spring 19 88 Unit 2............................ Spring 1989 The Unit 2 date is in anticipation of our shif t to a 24-month fuel cycle to be implemented with the spring 1987 refueling.
