Under the Freedom of Infonnation Act I wish to obtain a copy of Sargent and Lundy's Project Instruction No. PI-BB-27 Receipt, Review, Re-analysis, Redesign and As-Built Piping Reconciliation, (Revision 4 dated March 18, 1985).
