Operating License No. DPR-50 Docket No. 50-289 Submittal of Fire Hazards Analysis Report, Revision 8 Enclosed for NRC review is the TMI-1 Fire Hazards Analysis Report and Appendix R Section III,.G Safe Shutdown Evaluation (FHAR), Revision 8.
This revision reflects the methodology used at TMI-1 to meet 10 CFR 50 Appendix R as of January 1,1987. GPUN exemption requests and/or commitments documented in letters 5211-87-2008 (1/13/87), 5211-87-2013 (1/26/87), 5211-87-2022 (1/29/87), 5211-87-2021 (2/2/87), 5211-87-2028 (2/10/87), 5211-87-2034 (2/10/87), 5211-87-2033 (2/11/87), and 5211-87-2047 (2/28/87) have not been incorporated.
Therefore, FHAR Revision 8 should be I
supplemented by the above referenced GPUN/NRC correspondence. Changes and non-substantive editorial issues identified to Revision 8 will be reflected l
in FHAR, Revision 9.
