Additional information is required for processing this application. Submitting a revision to an index which was used to process a previous amendment application, but which is not the index to the license, serves no useful purpose. A revised license condition page index would be useful, however, and should be provided. The' proposed end-to-end spacing between components for Item B-2 cannot be approved because-there is no assurance that the carts cannot be parked in such a position that the side-to-side-spacing will not be violated. This comment l applies to Items A, B, C, and D, as well, and should be revised in your license l renewal application. i l The proposed organizational chart for Part II, does not match the license conditions in Chapter 2, Part I, of the license. Moreover, Technical Services does not have a reporting line shown in the chart. Organizations below Technical Services have reporting lines to different people. It appears that one of.these lines should be removed and the other connected between Technical Services.and the President.
