Regulatory History for Part 2 Rule Change I am responsibl e f or preparing a regulatory history for a final rule amending 10 CFR Part 2 to allow establishment of Atomic.
Safety and Licensing Appeal Boards for all formal agency adjudications. This rule has been designated AC46-2.
Three documents, which are not enclosed, are already in the PDR.
The first has been gi ven accession number 8612050214.The other two are in the in the PDR, ano are currently being processed through the DCS system. One is a January 21, 1987 memorandum from Chilk to Stello and Parler, entitled, " Staff Requirements--Affirmation / Discussion and Vote, 10 AM., Friday January 9, 1987...". The other is the Final Rule entitled,
" Functions of Atomic Safety and Licensing Appeal Board.". Mr.
Chilk signed this document on January 27, 1987. Please provide me with accession numbers for these documents. Please give all three of these documents the AC46-2 designation as well.
In addition, I am enclosing four documents which need to be entered into the DCS system and given the AC46-2 designation.
None of these documents should be placed in the PDR; they should be placed in Central Files.
