This letter is a request that your agency provide me copies of the following naterial under the Freedan of Information Act and your agency's inplementing regulations. These documents are believed to be publicly available and are probably within the custody of your office.
I would like copies of the synopsis of the three investigations conducted in 1985 by NCR's Office of Investigation into allegations of possible safety violations at the Wolf Creek Nuclear generating power plant in Burlington, KS.
Because these reports involve a publicly held corporation overseen by a public agency, I believe this information should be available.
