Hiscellaneous Amendments Covering Physical Protection of Nuclear Power Plants Gentlemen:
Recent amendments to 10CFR73.55 required licensees, by December 2, 1986, to submit proposed amendments to Security Plans to describe how the recent changes would be met and a proposed implementation schedule. He apologize for failing to recognize these recent rule changes and the required action.

Maine Yankee will submit any necessary proposed amendments to its Security Plan and a proposed implementation schedule for the proposed amendments as soon as possible but no later than February 13, 1987.
