This is to confirm the telephone conversation on January 13, 1987 by Mr. J. C. Harper of this office with you concerning the inspection at the Inland Steel, East Chicago, Indiana plant on January 26-30, 1987.
The inspection will relate to implementation of your QA program and the Part 21 issued by Virginia Power regarding laminations in their new service water spray array supports.
