shall be negotiated based on audit of actual costs, the Contractor shall be reimbursed for allowable indirect costs hereunder at the provisional rate of jgggr percent of direct labor.

Paragraph B under Subsection G.2 of Section G is deleted in its entirety, and the following new Paragraph B is substituted in lieu thereof:

Pendin, the establishnent of final general and administrative rates which shall be negotiated based on audit of actual costs, the Contractor shall be reimbursed for allowable indirect costs hereunder at the provisional rate of dEP percent of direct labor, labor overhead and other direct costs.
All other terms and conditions, including the estimated total cost of
$220,728.00,shall remain the same.
