Pursuant to the authority contained in 10 C.F.R. 5 2.721, the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board for Public Service Company of New Hampshire, et al. (Seabrook Station, Units 1 and 2) (Offsite Emergency Planning and Safety Issues), Docket Nos. 50-443-0L and 50-444-0L, is hereby reconstituted by appointing Administrative Judge Gustave A.

Linenberger, Jr., in place of Administrative Judge Emmeth A. Luebke who does not plan to be available to serve through the expected completion l

date of this proceeding.
