INTERVENORS' JOINT ERRATA TO THEIR APPEAL OF THE LICENSING BOARD 'S SUPPLEMENTAL MEMORANDUM AND ORDER OF JANUARY 7.
1987 Intervenors New England Coalition on Nuclear Pollution
("NECNP"), The Commonwealth of Massachusetts, The Town of Hamp-ton, and SAPL hereby file the following corrections to typographical and other errors contained in "Intervenors' Joint Appeal of the Licensing Board's Supplemental Memoranoum and Order of January 7, 1987," filed January 16, 1987:
-- page 4, first full paragraph, incorrectly cites "10 C.F.R. 5 2.258(b)."
The correct citation is "10 C. F. R.
S 2.758(b)."
-- page 6, lines 4-6, incorrectly states the term " prima facie showing" "has ceen defined by Appeal Boarc decisions as requiring the petitioner to make a 'suostantial show-ing'..."
Reference to " Appeal Board decisions" should be changed to " Licensing Boarc decisions."
page 6, last line, should read (changed word is under-lined) " prior Licensing Board decisions."
-- page 10, lines 8-9, should read (changed words under-lined): " issuance of a zero power license prior to submis-sion of emergency plans by the utility."
