Please note the conditions included in the approval.

In regard to the use of the USA /5800/8, this is not a package for which an approval pursuant to 10 CFR 571.12 has been issued by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission. Accordingly, the use of this package under the provisions of 10 CFR 571.12 is not appropriate. Please note that the use of this package may be authorized and used under the terms and conditions of 10 CFR 571.14 and 49 CFR 6173.416(e) or (f). Under these provisions, a specific approval or registration would not be required.
