AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO FACILITY LICENSE NO. R-93 PLUM BROOK M0CK-UP REACTOR The Commission has issued Amendment No. 3 to Facility License No R-93 for the Plum Brook Mock-Up Reactor.
The amendment effectively rescinds the current
" Order Authorizing Dismantling of Facility and Disposition of Componen+
Parts", issued May 26, 1981 and authorizes reinstatement and renewal of License No. R-93 to possess-but-not-operate the Plum Brook Mock-Up Reactor, in accordance with your app 1tcation dated July P6,1985. A " Notice of Consideration of Application for Reinstatement and Renewal of Reactor Facility License" was published in the Federal Register on August 12, 1986 at 51 FR 28908 No request for a hearing or petition for leave to intervene was filed following notice of the proposed action.
Copies of Amendment No. 3, the related Safety Evaluation, and the Notice of Reinstatement and Renewal are enclosed.
