LILCO'S SUPPLEMENTAL RESPONSES TO SUFFOLK COUNTY'S FIRST SET O? INTERROGATORIES AND REQUEST FOR PRODUCTION OF DOCUMENTS Dursuant to S 2.740(e) of the NRC Rules of Practice, LILCO hereby supplements its responses to Suffolk County's First Set of Interrogatories and Request for Production of Documents. In addition, LILCO also supplements those responses pursuant to the Li-censing Board's December 12,1986 Memorandum and Order which states:

... Suffolk County is entitled to explore the f actual bases for LILCO's position that this exercise meets the require-ments for a full participation exercise. To the extent that individuals involved with the formulation of the exercise ob-jectives and scenario have information bearing on that topic, LILCO is to respond. Similarly, any documents rele-vant to that topic are to be produced.

Suffolk County Interrostatory No.15 Identify all persons who participated in the draf ting, designing, preparing, re-viewing, revising, negotiating, or finalizing of proposed or actual Exercise objectives.

Response: In LILCO's December 29,1986 Supplemental Response to Suffolk County's First Set of Interrogatories, LILCO incorrectly included Elaine D. Robinson as one of the individuals who had knowledge of f acts regarding the development of the exercise scenario and objectives.

Daverio, Ray Seiter, and John A. Weismantle.
