REQUEST FOR IN CAMERA DOCUMENT On January 14, 1987, SECY received a request for an h camera document from Bill Horin, an attorney at Bishop, Liberman, Cook, Purcell, and Reynolds.
SECY referred the request to me for advice.
The requested document is an exhibit to an in camera deposition filed in the Comanche Peak OL proceedi5 Mr. Horin attached a copy of the protective order entered in July, 1984, and a copy of his signed affidavit, dated July 12, 1984, agreeing to be bound by that order.
I spoke to him by telephone and he confirmed that he was authorized to see the documents.
I also spoke by telephone to Mr. Anthony Z.
Roisman, his opposing counsel in that proceeding, who agreed that Mr. Horin was entitled to access to that document.
Accordingly, I authorized SECY to grant Mr. Horin's request.
