Mass's Motion To Correct Hearing Transcript On December 16, 1986, the Attorney General of the Comonwealth of Massachusetts (Mass.) filed a motion to correct the hearing transcript.
On December 23, Applicants advised they did not oppose the motion. On December 31, the Staff partially opposed the motion.
For the reasons set forth in the Staff's response of December 31, with which we agree, the Board rejects certain of Mass.'s proposed corrections. However, we grant, in part, the balance of Mass.'s proposed corrections. The appended Mass. list of corrections shall be included in the record as an appendix pursuant to 52.750(b) - the Board has drawn lines through those proposed corrections which it has rejected.

b5 II. Applicants' Motion For Leave To File Response On December 23,1986, App 1tcants filed a motion for leave to file a response to the partial objections of SAPL (dated December 12) and Mass.
(dated December 16) to Applicants' notion to correct hearing transcript, which had been filed on December 1.
Applicant's response was attached to their motion. Applicants' motion for leave to file a response is denied. Pursuant to 10 C.F.R. 62.730(c), a moving party has no right to reply -- this rule puts a party on notice that its original motion should be exhaustive in support of and/or in explanation of the subject matter. Applicants' December 1 motion did not explain or support their i
proposed corrections to the transcript, 'and their motion for leave does not show good cause to be allowed to file a response. Moreover, on December 23, 1986, the Board already had partially denied and partially granted Applicants' December 1 motion to correct the hearing transcript.
It is so ORDERED.
