Enclosed for filing with the Commission is the executed original of Philadelphia Electric Company's Application for Amendment of Facility Operating License NPF-39. This Application requests changes to the Limerick Technical Specifications to reflect modifications to the Standby Gas Treatment System to connect it to the refueling fuel volume as required by License Condition 2(C)(14).
In accordance with Section 170.12 of the Commission's regulations, enclosed is Philadelphia Electric Company's check number 17001251 in the amount of $150 to cover the. filing fee for this Application.
