-in.an NRC inspection at Shoreham. This also refers to a December >9, 1986 phone conversation between yourself and Mr. James Wiggins of the NRC Region I staff on this same subject.
. As Mr. Wiggins indicated, NRC"foutinely does not agree.to private citizen or organization participationein -its inspections of nuclear. facilities. However,
- the agency is~willing to discuss-the findings of its inspections, in detail, with interested parties after these findings have received agency management review.We will send.you a copy of the final inspection report when~the inspection has been completed andithe report' issued.
