Dear Mr. Gagliardo:
In Reference 2, PSC committed to revising a procedure number RCM-2 by January 31, 1987. We now realize that we cannot meet this date.
We are currently revising numerous procedures and implementing training affecting EQ, and these are our highest priority issues.
We now plan to have RCM-2 revised and made effective by March 31, 1987.
