Your letter of October 31, 1986, transmitted a revision to the Physical Security Plan for the Cintichem, Inc. facility at Tuxedo, New York. We have reviewed the information contained in the plan revision and have determined that the changes are consistent with the provisions of 10 CFR 70.32(e) and 50.54(p), and are c..nsidered acceptable.
