National Inspection & Consultants, Inc. which is now headquartered in Ft.
Myers, FL desires to renew our Radioactive material package license #0444 due to expire on December 31, 1986.
The application fee for $150.00 is enclosed.
Although NIC is presently inactive in performing industrial isotope radiography and all isotopes and exposure units are in storage at Tech Op facilities, we wish to maintain our NRC Licenses. Our company is a consulting firm that services the power generation industry and we must be capable of performing field radiography and other nondestructive testing in addition to the other quality services we provide.
Our Radiation Safety Manual now includes our QA Program for Shipping Containers in Section M and is attached for reference. This should be identical with that prev aculy approval but should you have any questions please call me at 813-9 4313.
