In accord with the provisions of 10 CFR 70.32(c), the Babcock and Wilcox Company, Commercial Nuclear Fuel Plant is submitting the attached revised pages of our Fundamental Nuclear Materials Control Plan.
Most of these revisions were necessary to accommodate organizational changes that have occurred at the CNFP.
Other changes include Pages 3-3 and 3-5 which were updated *o reflect changes in those measurement systems and Page 1-5 was changed to correct a typographical type error.
These changes do not degrade the effectiveness of the FNMC Plan.
Attachment I contains the following revised pages of the Fundamental Nuclear Materials Control Plan:
Page-Date Index and Pages 1-1, 1-2, 1-4, 1-5, 1-6 through 1-14, 2-2, 3-2, 3-3, 3-5, 3-7, 3-8, 4-1, 4-2, 4-5, 5-1, 5-2, 5-4, 5-5, 5-11, 6-4, 6-5, 6-6, 6-8, 7-2, 7-4, 7-6, 7-7, 7-11, 8-1, and 8-5 all dated 12-10-86.
Due to the nature of the information expressed, we request that the attachments to this letter be withheld from public disclosure as provided in 10 CFR 2.790(d).
