As we discussed, this is to request in accordance'with the provisions of 10CFR74, in lieu of approval of our new Fundamental Nuclear Material Control Plan, that the SNM physical inventory scheduled for January 1987 not be taken. Our last physical inventory was taken July 7,1986.
This inventory was well within its LEID and all discrete items were accounted fo r.
We plan to take the next physical inventory during the June-July 1987 period as required by current license condition.
Only normal processing and scrap recycle / recovery have and will be taking place during this period between inventories.
Enclosed is a check for the $150.00 minimum review fee.
