REVISED FNMC PLAN Ref: Letter from W.B. Brown to R.A. Schneider dated March 14, 1986.
Enclosed are two copies of our revised Fundamental Nuclear Material Control (FNMC) Plan. The revised FNMC Plan is Revision 17 of XN-12, " Nuclear Materials Safeguards Descriptions for the Fuel Fabrication Plants." The original FNMC Plan (Revision 16) that was submitted on September 24, 1985, in accordance with 10 CFR 74.3l(b)(l) was revised in response to comments received in your letter referenced above and additional oral comments received from D.R. Joy.
Two special reviewer copies are being sent to S. S. Kirslis under separate cover.
We req;est your approval of our revised FNMC Plan. Additional considerations regarding our request for approval are given in Attachment 1.
The enclosed FNMC Plan and Attachment I are proprietary in accordance with 10 CFR 2.790(d).
