System Energy Resources, Inc. (SERI) responded in References 1 an.12 for Grand Gulf Nuclea" Station (GGNS) Unit 1 (Docket No. 50-416, License No NPF-29). The responses did not address GGNS Unit 2 because backup scram valve surveillance procedures and Technicc1 Specifications do not exist for Unit 2 and could not be evaluated as required by GL 83 2d Iteu 4.5.
SERI will submit a response to GL 83-28 Item 4.5 for GGNS Unit 2 when surveillance procedures and Technical Specifications for Unit 2 exist.
