Conunonwealth Edison stated that we would submit a change to Braidwood l
Technical Specifications to modify Technical Specification 4.0.3 and 4.0.4 in l
a manner outilned in Generic Letter 87-09.
We indicated that the proposed

Technical Specification change vould be submitted to NRR by September 30, 1988.

l The purpose of this letter is to inform the NRC staf f, that the submittal of this Technical Specification change will be delayed. The Technical Specification change that is being drafted is being coordinated hetween the Byron and Bealdwoe:1 Stations to be a change applicable to Byron Units 1 and 2, as wel) as Braidwood Units 1 and 2.
