On December 1,1986, your office sent to Docketing and Service m
Branch an unsigned " Supplement to Petition to Reopen and Admit new Contention" including exhibits thereto.
In accordance with discussions with Mr. Richard Yesselson of your office in December,1986, the unsigned " Supplement" was not docketed.
In light of your December 23, 1986, Notice of Appeal of the Licensing Board's Order of November 14, 1986 which addressed your September 23, 1986 original " Motion to Reopen the Record" and the Order of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Appeal Board dated December 30, 1986, I.am returning the unsigned " Supplement".
I assume that in light of your Notice of Appeal you do not at this time intend to supplement your earlier motion.
