Enclosed please find one uncontrolled copy of the " Quality Assurance Program" manual of Eggers Ridihalgh Partners, Inc. (ERP) for your review. We are seeking NRC approval of a packaging QA Program under 10CFR71 and Regulatory Guide 7.10, Annex 1, "QA Programs Applicable to Design, Fabrication, Assembly, and Testing of Packaging Used in the Transport of Radioactive flaterial."
Also enclosed is our check for $150.00 for application fee, as re-quired in 10CFR170.31.10(F), " Evaluation of Part 71 Quality Assurance Programs".
