here were no unit shutdowns or significant per reductions during the month of Septemb3r.

%e following anjor safety-relatal msinterance was p3rforwxi in the month of September:

1.

Wark on a new fourulation for the #9 river water pump was begun. %e fourulation was fourxi to be the cause of the high vibration of that pnp.

A Inly-to-bonnet leak was reptirmi on the 1A notor driven auxiliary feedwater pnp recirculation valve.

Rmilonctive gas leaks fawn the IB charging pump inlarce line flange and V8152 (letdown isolation) were repsirtw3.

The 1A emergency air compressor was repairal.

The following major safety-related mintenarce was performed in the month of September:

1.

Work on a new fourxiation for the #9 river water pump was begun.

~he foundation was found to be the caur.e of the high vibration of tluit pnp.

2.

A body-to-bonnet leak was repniral on the 1A motor driven auxilincy feedwater pnp recirculation valve.

3.

Radionctive gas leaks from the IB charging pump balarce line flange and V8152 (letdown isolation) were repaired.

4.

The 1A emergency air compressor was repaired.

5.

Miscellaneous corrective and preventive maintenance was perforr.xxl on the diesel generators.
