Attached is my attempt to fill out the Application for License to Expon Nuclear Material and Equipment to China. I have attached a copy of the Statement by Ultimate Consignee and Purchaser and the NSG Certification, a clarification of the physical address and a check for
$4,800.
According to our salesperson, Mike Moyer, Nonhwest Institute for Norferrous Metal Research is the parent company of Nonhwest Hi Tech Corporation and Nonhwest Zirco-Cladding.
Northwest Hi Tech does the actual purchasing, the tubes will be sent to Northwest Zirco-Cladding for processing and the results will be given to Nonhwest Institute for Nonferrous Metal Research for evaluation. They are all physically located in the same complex.
