MODIFICATION NO. 2 TO TASK ORDER NO. 021 UNDER CONTRACT NUMBER NRC-03-98-021
Dear Ms. Beckman:
The purpose of this modification is to extend the pericci of performance of the subject task order from Februe; 28,1999 to June 30,1999, since the inspection was postponed to allow licensee corrective actions. Therefore., the period of performance of this task orderis September 18,1998 through June 30,1999.
There is no change in the cost ceiling for the subject task order at this time. The issuanc ) of this task order modification does not amend any terms or conditions of the subject contract.
Acceptance of Modification No. 2 to Task Order No. 021 should be made by having art official, authorized to bind your organization, execute three copies of this document in the space provided and return two copies to the Contract Specialist. You should retain the third copy for your records.
