APPLICANT'S MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF PAGE LIMIT FOR BRIEF On November 25, 1986 the Licensing Board established page limits of 200 pages for the parties' initial findings of fact and 75 pages for opening briefs.
The Licensing Board re-marked "if the parties feel some hardship when they are finally getting it together, they can ask allowance of the Board for further indulgence on that."

After diligent effort and many difficult decisions eliminating relevant but non-critical information, Applicant has met the 200 page limit for its findings.
However, Applicant has been unable in the time remaining to achieve the 75 page goal for its brief.
Applicant requests the Board's indulgence in submitting a longer brief.
Applicant would have no objection to a comparable extension of other parties' briefing page limits.
