-Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modification is to incorporate the ceiling amount from Modification No.13 under the subject contract.
Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified as follows:

Section B.3, CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION--COST PLUS FIXED FEE (JUNE 1988) ALTERNATE I (JUNE 1991), paragraph a is deleted i
in its entirety and the following paragraph is substituted in j

The total estimated cost to the Government for full performance of this contract is $909,056, of which the sum of $905,704 represents the estimated reimbursable costs, and of which $3,352 represents the fixed fee.
All other terms and conditions under this contract remain unchanged.
