W The purpose of this modification is to (1) extend the period of performance of this interagency agreement to September 30,1999, (2) obligate $70,000 in Job Code U9800, thereby increasing the net total funds obligated by $70,000 from $1,593,427 to $1,663,427, and (3) increase the l
ceiling amount by $70,000 from $1,593,427 to $1,663,427. Accordingly, the following changes are hereby made:

Article 11 - Period of Performance, the first sentence is revised to read:
The period of performance of this agreement shall be from March 1,1990 through September 30,1999.

Article V - Obligation of Funds and Estimded Amount is revised to read:
The total estimated amount of this agreement for the total period of performance (3/1/90 - 9/30/99) is $1,663,427.
The amount presently obligated by the NRC for this agreement is $1,663,427.
This modification obligates FY 99 funds in the amount of $70,000.
