NRC FOIA Request Number 97-295 was issued by the ~NRC on September 4,1997. The current request is submitted in order to obtain all documents and correspondence between the NRC and Eastem Technologies Inc., since the date ofissuance of FOIA 97-295 that were not subject of that FOIA request.
