NOTE TO:

FROM:
MICHELE L BURGESS DATE:
FEBRUARY 6,1998 RE:
NR-0536-D-110-B On February 3,1998, I spoke with John Widomski, of Perkin-Elmer, regarding their amendment request. We discussed the following issws:
new manufacturer:
1.
do they want to be able to use either or want to switch to Singapore. also will it be for just the Voyager or for all models 2.
says will do audit in Singapore prior to any shipments from new site. Does this mean that you will audit the Singapore program and the first shipment BEFORE it leaves Singapore? Also, need to know if everything else is staying the same including the audits were being done every 12 months.
Mr. Widomski confirnied or clarified the following issues:
Perkin-Elmer wants to be able to use either the Canadian or the Singapore company as manufacturert for all model numbers.
For the Singapore company, Perkin-Elmer will audit the Singapore company's QA program set-up prior to receiving any shipments. This will NOT include an audit of the actual first shipment BEFORE it leaves Singapore. All aspects of the Singapore company's QA program and QA commitments will be exactly the same as those for the Canadian company.
i new ANS: class for temp: 3->4 See fax from Mr. Widomski dated 02/04/98.
