In accordance with 10 CFR 76, the United States Enrichment Corporation (USEC) hereby submits twenty (20) copies of Revision 30 (February 27,1999) to USEC-02, Application for United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission Certification, Portsmouth Gaseous Diffusion Plant.
g Revision 30 incorporates changes to the Technical Safety Requir,ments that were previously submitted for your review in accordance with 10 CFR 76.45 and wert approved as Amendment 19 to Certificate of Compliance GDP-2 (original issue date of November 26,1996) in your letter dated December 29,1998 (TAC NO. L32094). Revision 30 also incorporates related changes to the Safety i
Analysis Report that have been reviewed in accordance with 10 CFR 76 and have been determined not to require prior NRC approval. Revision bars are provided in the right-hand margin to identify the changer,. Revision 30 was implemented effective February 27,1999.
