dated January 20, 1986 Gentlemen:
The Baltimore Gas and Electric Company hereby withdraws Technical Specification Change No. 3, of Reference (a), concerning the Control Room Emergency Ventilation System. This change affects the required efficiency to be demonstrated by the system i
charcoal adsorbers, and the laboratory conditions for the charcoal efficiency test. These changes were originally requested by the NRC.
This proposal is being withdrawn at the request of your staff for administrative reasons.
Tne proposal will be resubmitted for consideration at a later date.
