Backaround: By letter dated December 12,1990, NRC approved Purdue University's certification of decommissioning financial assurance for the amount of $750,000. By letter 2

Reauested Action: Please review Purdue University's Fettuary 23,1999, submittal and determine whether the licensee has adequately met the NRC Financial Assurance requirements.. Please provide Fuel Cycle Licensing Branch with specific comments and recommendations.
