The purpose of this modification is to provide additional funding and to increase the contract ceiling amount. Accordingly, make the following changes:

Under the terms of this CPFF/ labor hour type contract, the contractor agrees that the work to be performed under Section C shall be accomplished within the above ceiling amount.
C 1.5 Obligation Amount The amount presently obligated with respect to this contract is $229,400.00.
This obligation amount may be unilaterally increased from time to time by the Contracting Officer by written notice to the contractor. The contractor shall, at no time, exceed the obligation amount as specified herein. When and if the amount (s) paid and payable to the contractor hereunder shall equal the obligation amount, the contractor shall not be obligated to continue perform-ance of the work unless and until the Contracting Officer shall increase the amount obligated with respect to this contract. Any work undertaken by the contractor in excess of the obligation amount specified above is done so at the contractor's sole risk.
All other contract terms and conditions remain unchanged.
