I am enclosing the Joint Petition by the New England Coali-tion on Nuclear Pollution and the Seacoast Anti-Pollution League in Support of Petition by Attorney General Bellotti to Suspend Application of 10 C.F.R.
S 50.4 7(d) in the Seabrook Licensing Proceeding.
NECNP and SAPL have also filed a petition in support of Attorney General Bellotti's Petition for Revocation of 10 C.F.R. S 50.47(d).
