Enclosed is a letter from Transr.uclear, Inc, requesting an amendment to export license XSNM01758, to authorize the export of 5,465.713 kilograms of Australian-origin material to West Germany for use as fuel in the Unterweser I nuclear power reactor.
Your assistance in obtaining the required approval pursuant to the U.S.-Australia Agreement for Peaceful Uses of Nuclear Energy will be greatly appreciated.

18215.125 Kgs U of French origin material and 5465.713 Kgs U of Australian origin material.
Before the above mentioned shipment takes
- place, Transnuclear, Inc. Shou remaining balances of 1640.999 Kgs U-235 enriched to 4.05'.,
contained in 42065.987 Kgs U and requests authority to ship total as Australian origin material for export to West Germany.
All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
