As requested by your application dated December 1,1998, enclosed is Certificate of Compliance No. 9145, Revision No.13, for the Model No. NUPAC 50-1.5L, NUPAC 50-2.5L, NUPAC 50-3.0L, and NUPAC 50-4.0L packages. This certificate supersedes, in its entirety, Certificate of Compliance No. 9145, Revision No.12, dated September 17,1997.
Changes made to the enclosed certificate are indicated by vertical lines in the margin.
Those on the attached list have been registered as users of the packages unde-the general licenso provisions of 10 CFR $71.12 or 49 CFR 9173.471.
