Dear Mr. Bendt:
The purpose of this modification is to extend the period of performance of the subject task order from " March 1,1999" to " March 15,1999/ at no additional cost or obligation to the Government.
The issuance of this modification does not change any other terms or conditions of the task j
order including the ceiling amount of $281,847.00 Please indicate your acceptance of this modification by having an official authorized to bind your organization execute three copies of this document in the space provided and return two copies to the Contract Specialist. You should retain the third copy for your records.
