This is in response to your letter dated May 28, 1986, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (F0IA), a copy of the successful proposal and contract related to RFP No. RS-ADM-86-213.
The NRC routinely makes publicly available copies of all contracts in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR), 1717 H Street, NW, Washington, DC. A copy of the contract you requested is in the PDR contracts file under number NRC-10-86-213.
In a telephone conversation between you and David Meyer of my staff on July 17, 1986, you agreed to accept a nonproprietary version of the successful proposal. The proposal you requested, as described on the enclosed appendix, is now available for public inspection and copying at the PDR in file F01A-86-406 under your name.
