Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (F0IA), 5 U.S.C.
552, the Government Accountability Project (GAP), reqeusts copies of any notes, letters, memoranda, drafts, minutes, diaries, logs, l
calendars, tapes, transcripts, summaries, interview reports, pro-cedures, instructions, enginearing analyses, drawings, files, graphs, charts, maps, photographs, agreements, handwritten notes, studies, data sheets, notebooks, books, telephone messages, compu-tations, voice recordings,. computer run-offs, any other data com-pilations, interim and/or final reports, status reports, and any and all other records relevant to and/or generated in connection with Donald Nisich.
This includes but is not limited to:
- the entire investigatory file of the Nisich case;
- all tapes, transcripts, conversations and agency records as defined above, concerning the Nisich case.
Specifically:
- all records concerning a meeting with II. Brooks Griffen (an investigator of the N.R.C. ) ;
- Mr. Nisich was a Quality Control (Q.C.) inspector at the Comanche Peak and South Texas Nuclear Power Plants.
Please include a copy of all non-conformance reports (NCR) filed by Don Nisich in relation to these two nuclear power plants.
GAP rcquests that fees be waived, because " finding the in-formation can be considered as primarily benefitting the general public," 5 U.S.C.
552(a) (4) (a).
