Dear Mr. Gelberg:
This is in response to your letter dated June 9,1986, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (F0IA), a copy of the successful proposal submitted in response to RFP No. RS-ADM-86-213.
In a telephone conversation between you and David Meyer of my staff on July 14, 1986, you agreed to accept a nonproprietary version of the successful proposal. This proposal, as described on the enclosed appendix, has already been made available for public inspection and copying at the NF.C Public Document Room (PDR) in response to a FOIA request from Mr. Marc S. Chazan (F0IA-86-406). The proposal is in PDR file F01A-86-406 under the name Chazan.
As discussed in a telephone conversation between you and David Meyer of my staff on July 21, 1986, the NRC's Division of Contracts will arrange for the return of the copies of your proposal, which you requested.
Also enclosed is a copy of a notice which explains the procedures and charges for obtaining records from the PDR.
