This is in response to your letter dated May 13,1986, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (F0IA), a copy of each proposal submitted to the NRC in response to RFP No. RS-ADM-86-216.
In a telephone conversation between Ms. Katherine Tittel of your office and David Meyer of my staff on July 14, 1986, it was agreed that you would accept a nonproprietary version of each proposal submitted. These proposals, as described on the enclosed appendix, are now available for public inspection and copying at the NRC Public Document Room in file F0IA-86-347 under your name.
