IMADVERTENT OPERATION OF TARGET ROCK SAFE IN C00LDOWN GREATER THAN 100 F PER HOUR operated and depressurized the reactor to 100 psig.D at 3:12 p.m. on November 18, 1977, The event occurred was operating at 450'F and 500 psig.following a routine outage.
The reactor The inadvertent valve operation resulted in a reactor vessel cooldown rate greater than 100*F per hour.
